I’m So Busy!

Why are Americans constantly busy and stressed? It seems that everywhere we go (particularly in the business world), people complain about stress, and how “there’s too much to do, and too little time.” Most of us are very busy and have a lot of duties, both at work and in our personal lives. But are we really as busy as we lead ourselves to believe?
According to an article published this week in Inc, we might not be as busy as we think…and in turn, we may actually be stressing ourselves out unnecessarily. The common practice of constantly telling everyone around us how busy we are can distort our reality. By telling people we’re busy, we’re also telling ourselvesthat we’re busy – and continually reinforcing that fact in our own minds. I highly recommend reading this insightful article – you just might find that you have more free time than you lead yourself to believe!
