Mastering Outlook


The amount of time we spend reading and sending emails on a daily basis is staggering. While there are a number of great email clients on the market, most businesses use Microsoft Outlook. Like all Microsoft Office products, Outlook is programmed with dozens of key command shortcuts and productivity-boosting features. If you’re an Outlook user and you haven’t mastered the shortcuts or optimized your settings, there’s a wealth of time-saving features that are well worth exploring.

Given the amount of time we spend emailing, shaving a few seconds off of every action really adds up. LifeHacker published a great article that summarizes some of the most useful time-saving features of Outlook. Even if you’re a proficient Outlook user, you may find a feature or two that you didn’t even know existed:
