Stay Motivated


Keeping oneself motivated at all times can be a challenge, even for happy and successful sales professionals. So how do you avoid falling prey to burn-out and loss of motivation? It all comes down to how you think about your goals – particularly long-term ones that often take the extra motivational push to come to fruition. 

David Russell wrote a great piece on the Motivation Grid blog titled, “6 Ways to Achieve Long Term Motivation.” If you have difficulty keeping yourself on-track and motivated, I highly recommend reading this article and putting some of his suggestions into practice:
